What's the scoop on these? Anyone know anything about 'em? Especially a release date!

that pic seems to shows two types of bodies...or am I wrong? Because it seems the right one is the same body with different legs and arms, will the picco neko be available in two versions?

It looks that way to me, too. The one on the right has smaller hands and feet.
