Now...*has a spazz fest* MY BITTY BITSU IS HERE! And so's Riven's eyes! Posting pics in a few! Oh my god I'm LOVING the nano-gretel for her. She looks sooo curious! And she fits Haruka's wig so I can get an idea of what kind of wig I wanna get for her later on.

MoC just shipped the wig for the boy I ordered the other day and I'm so excited all over again! I thought I had enough going on that I wouldn't be a total spazz while waiting for him but if there's one thing I'm good at, it's proving myself wrong.

Dollieh luck is finally on my side... My AE Blueberry girl arrived in Dutch customs this morning!!! RuoDie was out of customs within like 3 days, let's hope my Blueberry will move just as fast!!

One down, one left to go. All I need now is an Arizona and I will have a complete set of MT's. I've been looking at the 3 Bijou dolls for quite a while now trying to figure out which one to get. After much thinking I decided I didn't really want the one with the rooted hair and pink dress. I haven't seen the first one in the pink boho shirt and crochet cap for less than $25 and I'd basically put a price cap on the MT's saying to myself that brand new I wasn't going to do one for more than $20 shipped. The one in the shorts was just under that at $18.99 so I figured it was time to break out the CC and order her finally. I had to get some camera batteries anyhow so I figured I might as well get her too. I do really want to get the whole set before they get too hard to find besides so I'll probably get an Arizona next month maybe.

I like these pics. I think they show her off fairly nicely. She has a bit of an interesting makeup this particular Bijou though I think I am going to end up changing out her lip color as I have done with most of my MT's. If the shadow above her eyes is mocha, and I think it is, I'll probably do a metallic moca-rose variant on that. I usually give my MT girls a bit more accent shadow and different lips. I'm not much on frosted pink.

I can't say I am crazy about most of her outfit. I rather like the sweater, the hoop earrings, the purse, and the wig, but the rest, eh, whatever. Like most of the MT clothes the wardrobe on this doll just doesn't do all that much for me. I rather do like their bags but I usually end up using those for my 16" girls. I'm thinking those hoops in her ears probably won't last too long anyhow. MT earrings usually are total crap. But of the 3 Bijou's I think maybe she's the cutest and I am glad I finally snagged that one and that it didn't cost me $45 to do it...

I absolutely hate her outfit but I think I am going to get the second Arizona as I like her makeup and her wig. Again I'll change her lips but the rest of the face and the hair is all good and I think she'll look great if I can just get her out of that Barbie goes hip hop outfit.

have the parts for my first 1/3 doll on order. everything should be on it's way here next week if i be an optimist, though i might be waiting longer on the body.
she's a mix of parts. the body is Bobobie Ai, and the head is an Obitsu Gretel (with cat ears coming as well). i know i will have to repaint the head to match, as i got the body in the white tone, but it should be ok when finished. gonna wait till she gets here to make her clothes since i suck at guessing sizes.
