yep! Gen. dia. runs in my family so I always tell them to check for it first thing. I didn't find out they skipped that this time until last month. Kinda stuck now I only have a few weeks if that to try and fix my bloodsugar levels so he doesn't crash when he's born.

Lamina the medical field is always full of crap like that. My moms an RN and she has to walk from places constantly. Then again she kinda has a mouth on her and has never put up with people and their crap. At least the medical field is pretty much always hiring. I bet if she dose the billing and coding it might be more enjoyable for her tho.

my mom had a heck of a time with her bloodsugar when she was pregnant with my brother. and this was back in 86, and the doctors sucked alot worse when treating pregnant women. her doctor actually induced her without her permission

*nods* and I just found out that I was scheduled for a c section without my knowledge. I am not a pleased person atm. I mean it's one thing to save a spot in case you know I may need it but to put me down for one without discussing it with at all with me and for the exact date I already said wouldn't be possible is downright silly. Good luck trying to preform a c section on a lady who will be 5 hours a way Dr. Intelligent. *giggle* But yeah it's diabetes got my numbers this morning.

And I need to vent again. This time it's all to do with my poor husband. He's currently away at cleet. From day one there were issues. He was up for nomination against another guy for their platoon leader of sorts. My husband is ex army the other guy ex Marines. And welp other guy got the spot. No bigie there except for the non issue of what branches they had been in previously. I've never understood the pissy way different branches of our military treat each other. Started off early that morning with stupid jokes then escalated. During their PT which keep in mind this is the first year it's ever really even happened normally the physical test which he passed in the top of the class is all they do. The guy gets up in my Husbands face singling him out because he has running issues. The very reason he had to leave the Army. He screams at him the whole way telling him he needs to catch up or quit and then turns the instructors lose on him later claiming he wasn't trying hard enough. My husbands perturbed but says nothing I mean what can you say other than I'm already giving it 100%? He's already doped up on pain meds to struggle through and they inform him if he brings a Dr note they will kick him out. Even tho the pt part is not graded nor has it ever been required and he isn't even the slowest there are several that walk the entire thing. Then after this Mr. platoon ass decides to make up random things throughout the day and run off and tell the director whenever it pleases him. So My husband is constantly being hauled before the big wigs and accused of shit that never even happened. If he denies it he gets more chewing for lying and additionally for having a "bad attitude" I would really like to know how one is supposed to act sunny and cheery while betting cussed at and accused of doing things they never did. It's ridiculous. So all in all my husband is about to get kicked out of the school and thusly lose his job because some guy doesn't approve of the branch of military he used to be in.

For some reason everything at work right now feels like I'm trying to drag myself uphill through water. Nothing ever goes right. The new girl was a no show/no call for the third day in a row so once again we had to scramble to finish the uncovered floor, there's no communication so I end up getting told three times about the same task or issue, or told to do something I finished an hour ago, and I never have everything I need so I end up going around the entire store on what felt like a freaking snipe hunt, and everyone's freaking out because there's a big walk through from some important whoevers tomorrow. Which means that the hours we were supposed to have tomorrow got cut because god forbid anyone actually like, see us working or something. It's really just a miserable working environment there and even though I need to and want to try to find a different job I'm stuck in a holding pattern because I haven't got the paperwork for the insurance I get from my union, which I can keep after leaving the union but I want to be sure I have everything squared away.

And I tried to return my glasses today but the manager wasn't there and it's been more than thirty days (because for the past two and a half months they've been trying to fix them. by trial and error.), so I have to wait for a phone call from the manager tomorrow. She wasn't in today. So that won't be resolved until next week. I went for the initial exam on Dec. 28! I just want this all to go away and get my money back!

And then while I was typing this Ariel dove headfirst off the arm of my chair and came up with a mean looking glare on his face. o_O I don't know what his problem is, he's got new clothes and one of his bears.

I just need some changes in my life but I keep having to wait for things beyond my control while other things beyond my control loom ahead of me like a cliff. I hate this.

XD That was my thought too, but he's been getting hugs. All of the attention in general recently because I was sewing his new outfit. I had him with me in the first place because I needed some quality dolly time after the day I had. But we're good now I think. He's got a new toy. ...It's a little revolver that's just his size and light enough to hold. I'd got it out of a bubble machine by mistake and forgotten I had it.

Yes, Ariel is the doll voted most likely to kill me in my sleep one of these days... XD
