Sakura trees

Postby Gift_in_Edge » Thu Mar 22, 2012 3:54 pm

The college kids are on spring break so while they're gone I can actually do stuff on campus. The Japan House just had 50 sakura trees from Japan donated to them. It was an amazing feeling to finally say that I've seen real Japanese cherry blossoms in bloom!

They also have a dry garden and a wet garden. The Japan House was closed because of break but they have events through out the year. Almy and I went to their children's day event last year.

I let my older sister pose Rio. So here's Rio being Rio.

Rio practicing the art of flower watching by chilling out under said tree. I like that shot of Jasper and Joe(she is Joe right?) together. Joe seems amazed by her surroundings (which looks lovely indeed)

Yup, you got all their names right!

Thank you! Joe does seem to have a look of wonder. :)

I was just talking with the boyfriend about that festival and wondering when it was. :D
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.
