He's my first Obitsu boy and his appearance into our home was somewhat of an accident. Though I really liked his sculpt, I never really intended to order him at the time but had clicked the buy button instead of cancel (I was looking at mandarake on my tablet and was somewhat distracted because I was talking on the phone at the same time - not good). Since those mandarake guys have a serious policy about cancelling orders, I couldn't cancel so I ended up getting him. When he first came, I had thought I might just put him up for sale since his face in person was a little too 'serious' for me and I feared we wouldn't bond well plus the fact that even with elevated shoes, he's rather short for my DD gals. I still don't know yet if I will keep him but I have to admit he lends himself well to photographs. Besides I think Millie will miss him.

Oh awesome! K2 has gotten a few of the Visual doll girls, but I've never known of someone with one of the boys - I just love the heads on them

He's definitely very photogenic - you'll have to post more of him!

If you want to make him taller you could just get a pair of the 60cm legs - they should fit on him just fine and give him more length -because I think the visual dolls are all 50cm bodies.

The Visuadoll male sculpts are on 55cm bodies, so 60cm parts will fit if you wish to make him taller. The only the Visuadoll girls are on 50cm.

I think you should keep him!! He is very cute! I wouldn't worry about his being shorter, my 55cm Raenef dates Amera and she's a 60cm Obitsu. Short boys are cute!

Thanks everyone. He is kinda growing on me. I think what might end up happening instead is that I put up some of my MSDs for "adoption" since I find that actually prefer the bigger dolliehs and my poor MSD babies don't get as much attention since I got the bigger DDs and my 65 cm resin boy. Oh well, we'll see.

I noticed though that in looking at him, I find that I get the urge to find him a sister - Sora and, of course, she'll have to have Ryuo. What is it with these guys that make you want to just add to their family? There must be something in the resin or vinyl. Seriously though, I don't know why I find it so therapeutic looking at them - they just make me happy.

I should just stop looking at doll sites.
