So cute!!! And yeah, like everyone else has already mentioned: those eyes and that wig are PERFECT. Very mermaid-y!!

This was not a particularly good day at Glass Beach, either, because it was high tide. At low tide it is really glassy, and very cool.

It's not exactly a beach for walking bare-foot...


Actually it's fine, because the glass is all "beach glass" so it has been smoothed out over the years. Although- you're right, it isn't a good barefoot beach, because of all the other old garbage- old pieces of metal, old car parts (REALLY old car parts), etc. that might cut you. My husband was trying to dig something out and cut his finger. You can find the old ceramic spark plugs there- one time I found a marble, an old hood ornament, old silverware, all kinds of random stuff.
