Lemme just say that pastel pencils are a little spendy but omg are they worth it. I'm thinking I should redo her eyebrows though...

You should! The only issue I had was getting my white to show up well enough, even after several layers it usually wouldn't be as bold as I liked and so I had to use paint in its place. Plus the pastels are really easy to blend

Wow! Those are impressive, that's a massive improvement on the Dragon-girl - love her eyes, and *shock horror* I actually like that Draculaura...

I think I'll probably still stick to watercolor pencils for the eyebrows, but if I decide to do scales on Nefera (thinking of making her into a DnD style bronze dragon) then I think I'll give the pastel pencils a try for that. ^_^

I'm lovin all these customs guys! I like them all a lot.

I was looking at customs on flickr and deviant art and a lot of the 'trend' (style?) is for the monsters to be wall-eyed. I'm so glad everyone here doesn't paint them like that. <3
