XD Because I stayed an extra 6 hours today to help get a MAJOR inventory done (I was supposed to be 8am-noon, I stayed til 6), without one teeny little complaint, my boss gave me tomorrow off. Wewt~

Congrats Candle! I've been dying to see one of those little guys in person and I can't wait to meet Perneth!

My new dentist is a god. My last dentist kind of scarred the crap out of me so I was worried about the new guy but if all dentists were like him no one would ever be afraid of them. I spent a good part of the morning with him drilling an alarming amount of a tooth away and I did not feel a thing. Also, he still managed to make me feel like a respected human being despite spit running down my face, under the bib and down my shirt. The man has skill. In two weeks I go back to get the rest of the work done and I swear no one has ever been as excited for extended dental work as I am right now.

Thanks Famed! If all goes well he'll be with me at the May meet. Which I am going to try really hard to get to. And I kind of envy you the dentist, I haven't been to the dentist in aaaaages except for getting a wisdom tooth pulled a couple years ago.

New rejoice: I have curtains! ...in a bag on the floor next to the curtain rods still in the packages. But they are purchased and in the house! Which is a step in the right direction, I've wanted curtains to block some of the light from my room for a while now but I could never find any I liked. These are nice, big blue plaid. Now I have to get it all hanging, but in the house is a start.

It was funny, had the traditional post credits scene, and so much SQUEE! Loved Ruffalo as Banner, and of course Tony Stark stole the show for half the film... Gah - just so many funny little character moments!

There was a sale on for an open house at my favorite antique place, and so I actually brought home this adorable little house that I've been oggling for a month. It's white, with two floors, a big attic and a porch. It's not really a dollhouse, it's more of a display thing, but it's so cute and it's just the right size for Mustardseed my Realpuki. When I get around to putting together the Obitsu 11cm that I want she can live there too. It'll probably be pretty much empty for a while, I don't have any furniture for it yet, but that'll come. It's on my dresser now, though I"m still working out the details of what I'm going to do with everything that's already on my dresser. It'll be nice though to have somewhere to keep the little guy where I can see him and do things with him without worrying about losing him or his bits. He's so tiny he still scares me a little!

The boyfriend and I are dog owners again. This afternoon we adopted Zeke, a corgi/basenji from the local humane society. He's a little over one year old, and so far seems to really enjoy lounging around the house.
