Weekly Doll Questions! #22 Final

At first I thought this would be a tough choice, but then I realized, no, it wouldn't. I love all my dolls for different reasons, but the only one that would be impossible to replace is Rune. I thought maybe Seona, because he has the most work put into him... but if it was necessary, I could recreate him. My other dolls are basic, unlimited sculpts, and even though it would break my heart to replace them, and the cost of Shy has doubled, so replacing him would make me cry, it could be done.

Technically, Rune could be replaced too. He's not an unlimited sculpt, and I could probably redo his ear mod. But he was an accident with a happy ending, and there's just too much sentiment attached to him. His birthday recently passed, too.

19. If you had to name your doll over again, that name would be...

Umm...maybe Jasper because he get stuck with the company default name. It'd have to be something boyish and silly, like Ned or something.

At the moment there are no dolls I want to rename. I did rename my Marcus; his name was Cona at first. But when I got him, I knew he wasn't a Cona at all.

I do like all of my names, but if I had to choose I would go with Aria, as he kind of started the "A" themed names. I have no clue what I would name him though. I imagine his father would have given him a fancy-pants name like Percival.
Hmmmm....maybe that can be his middle name....

If I had no choice but to give Cherry a new name, I'd probably name her Mina, after the doll-girl in the Doll Master (her favorite movie).

I like the names I gave my boys. Akane may have been named his middle name, Akhyr (if the bio says Akahito, it's wrong), but I like the name and will keep it.

My dolls are all good with their names. Dani's full name did expand to Danica but I'm not sure how much that counts since she still only goes by Dani. If I had to change a name I guess it would be Es. Es is a floating head I've had since I started this hobby. He was a practice head on loan from a friend but then one of the faceups stuck and I ended up buying it. I had no idea what this doll would be and started calling it "Es" which is german for it. The character that has developed likes the name, or at the very least I haven't found a name that would suit him better.

When dolls want to be renamed, they just kind of do here. I'm rather happy with all my kids names as of late.

Well before I got him, I was going to name Kaname, Zero....Haruka was almost Elsa De Sica...

Probably if I had to re-name any of them I'd call Riven, Rokurio....But I'm happy with all their name's.

I don't think I'd rename any of my dolls. Lourdes, Antigone (Tigs), and Nissh were all names I thought hard about and felt right. Now I don't think I could call them by any other names!
