mmmmkkkay. I've got the old style body, the one with elastic pieces run through. I do not recommend this body, not only does it not pose well, but the way MGA put the body together...it was not meant to come apart. The head is a pain to get off and all these little cup/washers are inside EACH piece of the body. Individual pieces of elastic hold it together, like one from the head to the neck, one from shoulder to arm, one from elbow to forearm.. etc. So lots of little tiny washers and a million pieces of elastic.
I have no idea how the new/current body's head is held on.
Big thick neck. You might be able to sand or carve it down?
The head is actually a perfect fit for the neck (!) It just looks weird sitting on it. Maybe with a different head?
I laid all the body parts together where they should be, looks okay I guess.
Okay, these are what holds the body together. A million of these little 'c' shaped washers hug the elastic and go inside that cup thing on the right. The head is also held on with the cup thing. It's HUGE like the size of a milk cap or similar. I had to cut the head of the bfc just to get it off. No matter how hot the head was it just wouldn't stretch off of it.
