Got my torso!
Image
i love it. Using this one.

but now I'm having a moral dilemma: If I use the custom torso on a doll I'm ultimately selling, will it look like I'm reselling the torso? :l

Meh, you used it for its purpose of being a doll torso, especially since you broke the other, and as long as you don't claim that you made the torso I would say everything is fine, just don't make a habit of it. You got to figure people buy "craft" stuff from other people and resell it all the time.

And because there's no rest for the weary there are 4 more outfit packs out, Clawdeen, Lagoona, Abbey, and Operetta. Nothing too spectacular but Operetta has a neat purse that looks like a record. So far the prices I've seen haven't been disgusting so the market may be calming down.

My hubs told me the same thing, so I felt better. I figure if I'm asked about it I would direct them to the seller who made it.

Anyways, to not have to buy another torso, I'm going to paint the grey torso pink for the dragon parts and sell her too. The werewolf head I think I will sell just as a custom head.

Good news on the CAM front:

At least the two packs are going to come with two torsos. I hope this means the single packs will come with torsos too or at least upper arms and legs.

Yeah! I know I want at least two of the male CAM sets. I hope the new sets will be as easy to find in my city as the old sets are.

We seriously need someone on the board who can buy by the case, not like you'd want for customers.

It wouldn't be that hard, someone gave a website earilier in the thread for purchasing them wholesale or at least by the case. They were just a little expensive on there, like paying $30 instead of $20. It wouldn't be that hard to organize, like at GO. If someone knew of a website that was cheaper that'd be fine, because with shipping from the company to a GO leader then shipping from the GO leader to you, The doll would end up being $40ish a piece.

Hmm, that's a gamble, because on one hand I'm willing to pay up to $40 to ensure I get one and on the other about half the times after I do I find the doll in the stores.

So I really didn't like Monster High, I thought it was horribly gimmicky and hated that they couldn't share clothes with the rest of my dolls. But out of curiousity I watched one of the little Monster High episodes and... my one year old daughter was totally hypnotized by it.

Anyway I started paying more attention to the dolls since I'm going to start a collection for her to play when when she's a little older. I don't think people much like Monster High here in my town because I'm finding Cupid's, Nefera's and Rochelle's out the ying-yang. I guess what I'm trying to ask is what dolls are the hardest to find right now? I know that Abbey is one of them.
