VMF50 body on Hobbylink.

Postby kiki-chan78 » Fri Jun 22, 2012 9:38 am

I was goofing off on the site, mainly because K2 had linked to it... and ran across a 'brown' VMF50, no face-up... and in the $330 range. Letting y'all know, in case anyone is in the market for something like this. If I wasn't paying off another doll right now, I'd be looking at adding her to my own collection.

Here's a link directly to her.

That's the VMF50 Type E in Tan (I guess it translates as brown). It is the same body as Rhiani (on the right below).

The VMF50 tan is a couple of shades darker and slightly less orange than Obitsu flesh tone but the flesh tone Haruka head still works on it.

Actually, the $331.47 listed is a really great price.

NO!! I do NOT need her. Peri does NOT need to get a tan.

Why am I having problems believing this....
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.

Eh. Why do grail dolls become easily available at a good price when I've both run out of room for larger dolls and am not willing to spend the money?

I saw one of those at Radio Hall in Akihabara but I didn't buy her. She's a gorgeous doll.

The Type E is probably my favorite model in the Yamato line.

Yes she does :)

That or you just basically need a hot new obitsu. that's a great price, btw - probably less than I paid when I bought mine from Yamato via my brother in Japan!

Damn, I thought I posted here. I would be SO TEMPTED except I've saving my pennies for that elusive and alleged 65 cm Male. One way to be sure something I have waited FOREVER for to finally come out is to spend all my money on something else. So if I jumped on this one- no doubt the next day Parabox would announce they are now selling the 65 male.
*sigh*
