Yeah, the girl with the guitar is Tiffani Dulcimer. She's a bard, so while everyone else gets to look tough and mean, she gets cute, adorable outfits and her pink guitar. She wouldn't have it any other way!!
I think I've seen her but with another wig? That red/green combo really makes her stand out.
