I bought a pair of fantastic fantasy style eyes from the MP. The seller lives in Ireland and it took barely a week to get here! I had hoped they might be big enough to fit my soon to be MSD faun (the seller's native language is not English and her description of the sizes was a bit odd), but they fit my YoSD instead and look great!

Well - was on my way to forbidden planet earlier today (bought a little vinyl ram - he's awesome!)
I decided to go to Poundland, (where as the name suggests everything is £1 or less) cos I knew that they're one of the few places around here that does maom sours (mmm...) I found moxie wigs in there! (Might have cleared them out a bit...)

I found the afro wig and 2 others - I think I'll give the blonde one to my liv jake when he arrives, and he can be a blonde (Raoul-like) Chris to my Erica

My aunt and her BFF wanted to go shopping today so I obliged and drove them. As well as taking me out to lunch at Red Lobster they also gave me gift cards for Target and Micheal's. I bought new detail brushes, a container of mixed brushes and a container of little acrylic paint tubes at Micheal's. I scored the mixed browns wig in the last Liv wig wave for $3, and 2 adorable mini Pet Shop Blythe dolls for $6 a pop. (My very first Blythe dolls!) One is a raven with blue eyes, the other is a redhead with green eyes. Also, the new Fashionista Raquelle (Not, she's Kayla!!!) from the latest wave of the Fashionistas who have to even appear at my Target. It was a fun day.

The Kayla has the oddest outfit I've ever seen on a Fashionista. It's just too strange, metallic striped dress with fur on one shoulder and one lace sleeve. The dress part has potential and the shoes are nice but the outfit is definitely getting a redo. I like her though. The makeup is more browns and coppers and she has red lips, not that light pink. She looks a lot better, though just a little less Asian than she did last one I got I think maybe? She's the 3rd of the new ones. I missed the 2nd all together it looks like. They just never got that wave at our stores at all unfortunately. This new "Raquelle" it's like she's like this weird hybrid of the old Raquelle and a FF Kayla Barbie.

Add casting resin and molding putty to that. I finally got the smaller 8 oz sized kits on sale on Amazon just now and also a little blond Blythe that I picked up for $4.50 to complete my set. I now have a blond, a brunette and a redhead. That's my idea of a perfect little Blythe trio. I'd love a big one someday to go with but that's not likely to happen, lol. The little minis are cute though and I've looked a these a few times before and thought about it.

I picked up a few outfits and a really killer mohair wig for my new girl who I'm still trying to figure out her name for.
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.

LOL Doll shoes are dangerously addictive.
My recent purchases have been zippered eyeglass cases to hold my traveling crochet and sewing projects for my dolls. I also bought a lot of tiny snaps because Cordie had 3 dresses without fasteners because I ran out.

Ebay is eating my wallet. I think I'm going to win a lot of barbie-sized clothes, and I'm bidding on a bunch of rement and mini stuff for the dollhouse and 1/6ers. I did just win a lot of 1/6th kitchen accessories and sundry.

No, Ebay, no! I need my money ;_; I'm going to have to start selling more stuff to afford all the loot.
