I absolutely agree----there are just some folks out there who are very quick to leave unfair/unwarranted negatives to honest sellers. It's a shame but it's what happens with an open feedback system. You take the good with the bad, and like Greyhaunt-san says, 98% and higher is actually super excellent and those few negatives are probably not really the fault of the seller.
