Welcome! ^^ Funny, I know an Alana from New Zealand, but I don't think she's into BJD :P. Your last name doesn't start with an F does it? ;)

Welcome! While I have been drooling over dolls for years and finally ended up buying an Iplehouse Leona I can't say I ever considered making my own. That's pretty sweet! ^_^

Welcome to the forum!

I only have one "real" BJD, the rest of my dolls are Obitsu, Volks, Obitsu/Volks hybrids, Hujoo, Monster High, and my anime dolls collection, and a few other random things...
I have so many dolls that I can't fit all their names in my signature anymore. @__@

XD I LOVE to see people playing with crafting dolls! I've been playing with that myself a lot lately too, but I'm slow.

Welcome to the forum! As others have said before me, all dolliehs are welcome here. ^_____^

I also second the fact that it's cheaper to buy the doll than make it. Especially when going through and making sure that all the pieces move the way you WANT them to move, and finding out all the 'funny' things a doll can do once printed that you never expected to happen. Like, flipping the entire torso around at random, and deciding that it doesn't like to stand. -_-;;;

OMG, isn't shapeways awesome!?! ^___^
