Today was my first real day off in a while, so I settled down with my sewing stuff and my best girl and made a pretty new outfit! I got a little ambitious this time and made the corset skirt with a rose pattern insert. I think it works very well, don't you? With her two-tone pink wig and shoes, this is her new favorite ensemble (if I could just keep the shoes from falling off of her feet--maybe some clear rubber bands would help).
Full length view of the dress itself. I made everything she's wearing except for the shoes and the wig (and I hand-dyed the wig myself--it already had the darker pink, but it was mostly platinum blonde before).
