Question about Monster High Build a Monster

Does anyone know if male Monster High parts can fit on the female body?
I've tried Googling this and have not come up with any useful information.

do the male CAM parts fit on the female parts and vice versa?

I kinda want to have some male lower limbs on a female body, I really like the guy shoes
