Well, she was attacked by cats many time after moving to live with my grandma, so I suppose that's why she hates cats so much. Besides, she's 9 years old dog, so making her change her opinion is going to be hard. The kitty gets along with my dog very well.

:P Poor pup. I've seen so many Chihuahuas just be panicky and aggressive over so many insignificant things that I've reached that point where I'm like "Just deal little dog." I experienced one that would growl if you looked at him. >_>

And then there's my cat who actually got so bad at the vet he was legit prescribed a sedative to take before the actual visit in the future.

Whoa! What did your cat do to vet? O.O

My chihuahua hates noise and if she can avoid that - she will do anything. Depending on her mood she plays with the kitten. My chihuahua is very calm type. Too calm. And because of that the weight just keeps growing. She probably has predisposition to obesity and her calm nature doesn't really help. Chihuahua don't usually weight 5.5 kilos. :( So playing with kitten is a good exercise for her. :)

And this a photo of me and the kitten. I made photo with my phone, so sorry for bad quality. :/

Oh, that's adorable!!!!!
Nava does that too... she climbs on our shoulders to sleep there. Mine are slightly smaller than my boyfriend's though, so she keeps sliding off... which hurts, because she'll try to hold on to me by clasping her nails in my shoulders and back :P. Just five minutes ago she actually ripped a hole in the shirt I'm wearing while doing it :P

ohhhh yes, I've had that shoulder cat experience too many times. You move the wrong way, they loose balance, and your back becomes grated cheese.

For me it's the first time. None of my previous ever did something like this. The closest would be my great-grandma's ca who loved climbing people's legs. He tried that once on me but it hurt too much, so I ended up screaming (I was 12).
This kitty knows how to keep herself on my shoulder.

From my experience, all young kittens will climb legs while they're "light enough" (as in, when it hurts but not badly enough to scream like you're being murdered), until they learn that they're too heavy because you're screaming like you're being murdered :P

My great-grandma didn't mind her cat climbing her legs, so he countined that for a while (as well as jumping from table or other high place on her shoulders).

By the way, yesterday my friend has bought a toy mouse for the kitty and I have filmed her playing with it today. Now she knows that it's not real mouse so no more growling.
