General discussions about dolls, new releases, doll reviews...you know, stuff that doesn't really fit in all the other categories but is strictly about dolls.

I'm still highly unimpressed with Rosedolls customer service.
It's been a week since my refund and I still don't know if I get to keep it or not - it wasn't clear in the slightest. Why issue a refund if you're going to take it back? And why on earth don't you reply to THIS clients messages for days on end?! They've had excellent feedback on their communication. Sorry if this is going round in circles, but it's how it feels.

I already replied on DoA too, but I really don't get why they're stalling like this -_-. They must understand you need to know what you're up to..?

And it's not like it's a small amount of money either. Bleh.

If they keep ignoring you don't send the doll back until you have the correct doll in your hands and bad feedback has been sent.
(I dealt with a flake of my own just last year so this is ridiculous of a COMPANY of all places to flake out on a customer.)

Yes. I agree. I can't send the doll back even if I wanted to as they STILL haven't told me the address.

Wouldn't the return address be on the original shipping box?

That's okay, I still contend you should not send the doll back until they send you a return shipping label. You don't need to pay to return the wrong doll.
