That sounds like she's holding your money for ransom. That alone is enough for me to contact Ebay. Feedback isn't supposed to work that way.

Thanks you two. Yes absolutely agree this is more like blackmail! I was absolutely outraged when I had this email. I'm going to gather all the emails together and send the whole thing to ebay and tell the seller what I'm doing and that I consider what she's just said to be so very wrong. I've tried to keep my English simple so she will understand. She's more worried about her bloomin' feedback rating that what is right.

what's awesome is as the buyer and since you paid for it she has to leave you positive feedback she can write whatever in the comment but has to check positive as you did all ebay requires of its buyers. this they put into effect early last year you can leave her negative, and give her 1 star all the way down and put would not buy from again and write a comment there too

I've just told her what she's said is blackmail and said if she doesn't refund my money I'm going to report her to ebay and paypal. Let's see what happens now.

I don't know about you, but I can access funds online whether the bank is open or not, so her stalling until Monday seems wrong.
