Klover: Where are we going?

Crow: ...

Image

Klover: AND WHY AM I IN THIS HANDBASKET?

Crow:

*I actually got 2 of the baskets. I thought they looked 1/4-scale-ish when I found them, and they are the perfect size for an MSD to haul a tiny around in!

Image

Rude: And here we a beautiful green metal chair with stained-glass mosaic accents.

*The glass was added by an artist who had all kinds of glasswork available for sale. It was only marked $3.50, so of course I bought it >_<

Image

It is now the Turkschair.

Image

Kierka: And here's a dresser thingy. I shut Talus's pets in the top drawer to annoy him...

Image

Talus: Aw, come here, buddy.

Chameleon: *whatever noise chameleons make*

Image

Also, I found this dude:

From his markings and body/joints, I think he's a Flavas doll, but I don't know which one. I found him in a pile of well-loved Barbies and princess dolls... most of which were in terrible condition. >_< I got him for $1. I LOVE YARDSALES.
I have so many dolls that I can't fit all their names in my signature anymore. @__@

I think the new dude is a MyScene, the Flavas guys are more in proportion.

Hmm, you may be right. His body does look remarkably similar to a Flavas doll that I own though.

They came out about the same time. The regular Flavas Liams have funny chest joint bodies, the one on the motorcycle has the 1999 Ken which is about the same as the My Scene except for bigger hands and head. I have the curly haired guy around somewhere.

Is his hair rooted or flocked?

His hair is rooted but it's in bad condition. I was thinking of using him as my guinea pig for my first re-rooting ^__^

>_> Also, I checked his clothing tags, and if that is his original outfit, then he IS a My Scene. You're good at identifying dolliehs from just pictures!

hehe, my neighborhood has "Villagewide Yardsale Day" twice a year, and the town where my mother's relatives live has a huge outdoor fleamarket every Labor Day Weekend. (And lots of people in that area have yardsales during Labor Day Weekend because of the crowds coming for the outdoor fleamarket.)

>_< I like going to all the yard sales... visiting the relatives, not so much...

Those are some great finds! You are making me want to go stalk the yardsales in my area. There's pretty much one every weekend though I missed a big one they had down at the high school about a month ago. =/ That probably would have had some good stuff.
