Newbie from New Zealand!

Hi all, I'm Angel!

I live in the Hawkes Bay area in the North Island of New Zealand.

I'm new to doll world, have been drooling over many for years now but finally brought my first a week or so ago She's a Obitsu 21cm with a Nano Haruka head? (not really sure about that)

I'll post some pics of her in the appropriate thread shortly

I'm 33 and trying to explain to my friends that I still like playing with dolls is a bit of a laugh so happy to be in company of other doll lovers, look forward to chatting!

My family has always regarded me as a bit weird because of my dolls, but last year I decided to get rid of my shame and put my hobby out there. My colleagues all love it and are very curious about my dolls. Since I'm feeling more confident about my hobby, my family regards it with more respect too. It's funny. The way you tell people about your hobby is REALLY important. Tell them like it's nothing special at all and try to seem really confident. It works!!
