roane, a water teifling.(updated pg2 9/30)

still a WIP, but i'm attempting to make a water teifling (half-demon) from a second-hand marketplace doll.
the head i picked up on a whim, a BBB tony, because it was for a wicked low price on the MP.
the body is still on the way, also second hand, so we'll see how that goes when it gets here.

so far i tried dying his head, which didnt work so well since he was previously modded. gave me a starting point though. tonight i added greenstuff to make him more fishy demon looking. when i get in the body i will dye it as well, then add in fins and gills. tomorow i'm gonna go grab some yarn for a wig, and start painting him. i'll have to dye and paint the body to match either way so i'm not gonna wait.

What are you using for his frills? They look way cool!

i used green stuff, which is a type of epoxy. i like it because it's really pliable two-part epoxy, and you can make the plastic softer or harder depending on how much yellow or blue you add to the mix.
had a productive day today. got him painted and made his wig. i videotaped it but havent gotten it edited/uploaded yet.
his body got shipped today so hopefully will have that next week to work on.

got his body in today. gonna spend tomorow after work dying and modding him. probably wont get to painting him till later in the week/ next week. damn inventory at work. *shakes fist*
