My first doll, my first face-up! (Dolzone Ray)

Postby syrimoon » Mon Nov 05, 2012 4:58 pm

Hey!

After falling in love with my best friend's beautiful dolls, I just couldn't resist. So far, I've only got his head, and a quick face up. But here's Silas :3

Image

There's a lot of color lost in this picture :( more purples, browns and oranges than what shows up. Hopefully I'll get more pictures soon!

Good job!
I've never been brave enough to try freckles, but I really like them.

Are you sure that's your first face-up? What a great job!

Thank you both :) Definately my first, but I do a lot of pencil drawing, so I'm hoping that will come in handy as I keep practicing!

Freckles aren't really all that hard, really! You just have to pretty much pay as little attention to what you're doing as possible, so you don't end up in an overthought pattern!

Yes, I SO am! *props to the lovely Suni there for letting me pillage her pastels and MSC.*

I loved Ray once I realized he would be the PERFECT little drunk ginger to start my collection!
