A bicycle in 1/4 scale!!

Postby Evelien » Sun Nov 11, 2012 4:27 pm

If you've ever been to the Netherlands, you know that everyone here has at least one bicycle. We're bicycle country I guess. I don't know what I would do without mine as I don't have a driver's license and a car yet, even though I'm 29 :P. My American friends who were here last Summer couldn't stop taking pictures of the hundreds and hundreds of bikes parked at train stations :P

So, a Dutch BJD should really own her own bike... right? Well, I just found one on eBay, completely by accident. It's a bike for males but hey, it's WONDERFUL and sooo real looking!!! But the price.. ack..

I am soooo tempted...

Looks awesome, but that is a LOT of money...
I have so many dolls that I can't fit all their names in my signature anymore. @__@

It's cheap compared to the price of American Girl's bicycles (which are perfect for 50cm size). I've seen those sell for up to $300 when they are still in the box and a discontinued model. Brand new I think they run around $50 or more. So really, the price isn't that bad for that type of prop.

Get it. You will not regret it! They are perfect. I think I paid about $50 for mine.
