If I'm not mistaken... mexican snack food company Bimbo (pronounced Beembo, not Bimbo) was looking at buying Hostess. They make really good cookies! ^____^

I find it kind of funny but I prefer little Debbie's swiss cake rolls and devil's squares to the hostess sweets. Twinkies were probably the only one I enjoyed though I haven't had one in years. Those were the three things my great grandma kept stocked in her fridge for when us kiddies came to visit. Along with a gallon of chocolate milk and black cherry soda.

It is sad, I feel sorry for all the people who have lost their jobs. Though in the grand scheme of things, the loss of the twinkie may not be such a horrible thing. XD

We get Bimbo out here in California, wouldn't mind if they bought Hostess. It will survive as it's already established. There is hope, Circus Animal cookies have come back.

Watch this just be a ploy to boost sales, they'll be saved at the final moment.

If it doesn't properly rot and mold after non consumption in X amount of time... I don't not want to willingly put it in my stomach. lol But have you heard what the company did to it's employees?

But lots of big companies do this kind of crap, so I guess it's not like some new horror. I just look at it and go "That's what you get..."
