Lying on his back how tall/high would he come up to?

Since I don't know if his face or his chest is gonna reach the highest point. Definitely I can't use his feet as an example. I would have to decapitate him if he is to use my existing bags

I just measured my superhero Bichun for you and he's about 66 or 67cm tall. The wig may have added a bit hehe.
