It has been storming on the Mendocino Coast, and finally today there is a break in the weather...

Prima is in the kitchen making applesauce.

Bonnie: I'm bored. It stopped raining! Can I go outside and do something?
Prima: YES! PLEASE! Go outside and find something to do!

Bonnie: I want to ride the bike, but I don't know how...

Prima: Well...go ask someone to help you!

Bonnie: Capri, will you help me ride the bike?
Capri: No, honey, I'm trying to get some online shopping done.

Bonnie: Uncle Umka, wake up! Will you help me ride the bike?
Umka: mmmrrfff....no, Bonnie, I'm sleeping....zzzzzzzzz

Bonnie: Marie, will you help me ride the bike outside?
Marie: No, sweetie....

Marie: I have to practice today.

Bonnie: Lucette, will you please help me ride the bike outside?
Lucette: No, Bonnie, I'm doing some research.

Bonnie: Hey, Alice, will you-
Alice. NO!!!

Prima: ALICE!!! GO HELP BONNIE!!!

Bonnie: Where should we ride it.
Alice: Well, first we need a really steep hill.

Alice: Then you get on the bike and I give you a push to get you started....

Alice: Okay.....GO!!!

Bonnie: WHHEEEEEEE!!! I'M RIDING THE BIKE!!!!

Bonnie: YAYYY!!!! THIS IS FUN!!!!!

Bonnie: Hey, how do I stop it????

Bonnie: Whhhoooooaaaaaaa......

CRASH!!!!!!!!

Bonnie: Oooohhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

Alice: HEY!!! THAT WAS FUN!!!!

Alice: You wanna go again?

Bonnie: No, *ow* I'm done....

Prima: So, did you girls have a good time?
Alice: Yep!
Prima: See, I knew you'd have fun once you got out of the house!

Capri: Bonnie? How was the bike ride?

Bonnie: Hhmmmpph!

Umka: Okay, Squidlet, go get a game and I'll play with you.

Lucette: I didn't know you knew how to ride a bike.
Alice: I don't.

OMG I'm glad I am teaching my daughter how to ride her bike and not her big brothers

Altho they both can ride a bike fine (Hey were dutch, we all ride bikes here!)
I love this story!
Poor Bonnie I hope she will find some one to teach her.
