It worked out so perfectly I still can hardly believe it!!

Our boss was obviously on my side and we worked things out together. It was a pleasant conversation. I never hoped it would be like that!

Congratulations! I don't know you "In Real Life", but on here you seem to be very honest and ethical. I imagine your boss sees you the same way and didn't think for a second that you had anything to do with the missing money. And I don't blame you for being upset about what happened with that teacher- one of the most upsetting things for me ever is to be accused of something I didn't do-because I am so honest and straight forward it goes completely against who I am to be dishonest. So if I am accused of that- very upsetting.
I'm glad it all worked out.

Thanks guys. I AM a very honest and friendly person IRL if I may say that about myself, so being accused of something I couldn't even imagine doing hurt me really badly. I got angry about that which my colleague didn't understand, so she got angry about me being angry about nothing, but our boss kept insisting that my colleague would try to imagine how she would feel if she'd receive the email she sent me. I'm very happy that our boss approached the matter that way. It's One thing to know you haven't done anything wrong, but your boss acknowledging that fact is something else.

plus the steady job OMG. I could hardly believe it but I received a letter as proof today. I am SO happy!!!!!

My whine is little, but annoying. The weather keeps shifting between warm and cold. It wouldn't bother me except everytime a cold front comes through all my joints with arthritis ache. I look younger than I have in years-but ache all over.

Went to the doc yesterday to be checked for a urinary tract infection...found out I'm a type 2 diabetic...lovely - expecially since I have no health insurance now.

Oh geez, that's a big bit of news. I'm really sorry to hear it.

You wouldn't think it based on how my doc acted. He's like "You're Type 2. Here's a brochure, here's a prescription, be back in two weeks."

To be honest, it wasn't a complete suprise - I've suspected for a while and just refused to find out for sure. Fortunately I've done Atkins before - it's just crappy timing to have to change my eating habits when I'm so damn stressed out over having no job.
