Thanks Mary Kathryn! I think the MNF head might work nicely then - providing I can get it to fit properly.

I got my AOD Wang Zi from the PO today. He poses like a dream and has a lovely mellow-yellowy skin tone. Since I got my toe worked on this morning I didn't feel like doing pics when I opened the box, but I'll put up some later. I'm hoping the Scar Head will be here tomorrow - I'd like to take both the the meet-up on Saturday.

Okay, my MNF head arrived today (naturally, I didn't bother to look in the mail box before I went to the meet-up but, well - typical). He's fabulous - even non-doll hubby agrees. Unfortunately his head is a good .5cm smaller than the Wang Zi head which in and of itself sits on the AOD MSD neck a bit awkwardly. And he's pinker then my WZ who is a YNS.

Oh well. Since I have no plans to get a smaller body I guess the Scar Head will be going up on swap meet/the marketplace.

So the answer to the question is, no - the two skin tones do not work together at all.

:( I'm sorry to hear that.

I guess that means the old AoD NS is the pinker version of their new skin tones. Maybe.

Well, I'll find out when my Qian arrives as she's the Pink Normal Skin. I believe Emory did say something to that affect when he asked me what skin tone I wanted . . .
