Anybody restrung hujoo dana doll?

Postby Chrystal » Fri Dec 14, 2012 1:40 am

Hello

Has anyone restrung their hujoo dana doll yet? I'd like to know if the gears must go in a certain way.

Thanks.

I know the pegs of the gears need to be inserted into the actual joint 'peanut'. It's really annoying though trying to get the elastic through the gears. Lots of patience to you! I've done it once and I hope not to do it again anytime soon >_<

I've restrung the arms, and I think the gears are the same on both sides. I just kept them in their order when I took the doll apart so it was easy to get them back together. I used a !/8" ribbon to string through the joint and then pulled the elastic through.
