I've only seen Clawdeen and Spectra Power Ghouls for sale on line so far. I momentarily thought of buying them but then I said Meh. Catrine I could take if I find her at the store or leave if I don't get her. Venus is an artist too and Marty, as I call her, has more of a history with me than a white cat.

Not seeing CAMs in many stores yet just means they'll be out later. Scaris were being scalped before the holidays, they're appearing at stores now, the online place I ordered from are getting theirs mostly in February and March.

Hmmm......I think I saw a Toralei Power ghoul at Wal-Mart, too. Definitely Spectra and Clawdeen, and there WAS one other.....I think it was Toralei.

I played with the Spectra---she was pretty awesome! She lit up all blue in her legs and arms, and made the eerie music that plays during the webisodes when Spectra appears or when something spooky happens. They had 2 Spectras---1 was broken (or her batteries were dead) and the other worked. ^^ I almost wanted her, but then said, I already have a Spectra and am even considering selling her if I can find Catrine de Mew. (I only want one monster. ^^)

I didn't try Clawdeen (They had 2 of her, as well, I think), as I don't care for her much, but I guess I should've seen if she howls! :laughs:


My town is so rural that our Wal-Mart gets most of the dolls in stock, and about on time, and you actually get a chance to find them there, if you're lucky and show up within a week from when they've stocked. I think not many people in this town are Monster High fans/buyers, so I usually get to see all the types on the shelves at once. I'm hoping that will happen for Catrine! I really want her! They had the Power Line, the Scaris line and the Dot line, a million accessories, plus a few leftovers from other previous lines and some $12.97 beach type ones hanging in smaller boxes than the usual size that are $19.97. I never even check the C-A-M lines. Should I?

But there was positively 1 other power monster doll there.......Ooh, I wish I took note of which it was!

Is there anyone else in that line besides Spectra, Clawdeen and Toralei?

booya! got my skullita! she's so pretty. they were pretty much wiped out of everything except the scaris and some skull shore dolls, tho they had the cam lab and the big highschool playset.

anyway, would anyone be interested if I opened some repainting commission slots? I'll set up a thread in a few minutes.

Ah, probably her, then. I saw 3 different monsters, so if there's a Frankie, it was her, Clawdeen and Spectra. ^^

I didn't have any MH plans until I saw this CAM expansion at Kmart the other day.

But it only has lower limbs. It figures, I can't bring myself to break up a full doll and none of the ones they had were similar in skin tone anyway. :/ You will be mine eventually, Unicorn....eventually...

The Mystical add on? Pink and light aqua? I have an extra one. The "horn" is on a head band that will fit any Monster. Add-ons don't have torsos any way, part of the gimmick.

I haven't seen anything beyond her promo picture. I don't see why they wouldn't release her, maybe she'll be a store exclusive or something. I don't really have any interest in the Power Ghouls unless I can get Toralei so I finally have a Toralei

I'm in the same boat *nods* I really object to the 200$-plus prices I'm seeing on the Toreleis. No way I'm paying that kind of money for a playline doll. O.o

So basically, if I see extra Torelei's I should nab them for all of you? I really wonder about people who will pay that much for a play doll. I remember the "Beanie Baby" trend and it's later flop. Gerald sees this with some of his hobbies too, and then people try to sell the item for even more!

I'm still on the fence about Toralei. I just PM'd and paid Setsuna for the Jinafire and I'm still looking out for the Siren CAM. And I know once Catrina drops I'll be hunting for her. I'm not the biggest fan of Toralei beyond "SHE'S A KITTY." lol
