...rooted facial hair on an Obitsu head?
I have so many dolls that I can't fit all their names in my signature anymore. @__@

I seem to remember a discussion about that, including some pictures, so I'd hazard a guess that yes, someone has done it ... but I can't remember where.
There's a cat in "complicated" =^.^=

I would practice on a junk doll first. Maybe a barbie or something you bought just for the outfit. You'll probably also need something really sturdy to poke the holes because that part of the head tends to be a little(and by a little I mean quite a lot) thicker than the scalp. It's a cool idea though and I'd love to see what you do with it.

I was just wondering if anyone had done it before.
I haven't rooted
anything before, so I don't think my first try would be facial hair.

I think that needle rooting would be too difficult, because the holes might show if you're not rooting a lot of hair, ie not making a super thick beard. Using a subtle clear-dry glue might work better. I think that rooting it would also make it all stick out weirdly unless you take some glue to it.

Those do look interesting... I was actually thinking of rooting eyebrows, cause I hate painting them
