The last time I drew was ... a good 10 years or more ago. My daughter (who is very talented) gets after me to start again, but I just haven't had the inspiration yet, I guess.
the thing about drawing is that you can't wait for inspiration. you just have to start doodling, maybe little things while you're watching tv, faces, hands, outfits, hair styles.. and then your brain adjusts around it. once you make yourself start doing it, it becomes easier to think of things to draw.
Incomprehensible work sketches is all I seem to draw these days. This is me trying to figure our how to change acrylic eyes in a vinyl head (apparently you only need hot water?):
(a: enter through neck b: CUT in head 1 +then glue shut 2 squeeze together & access 3 glue shut + stick some hair on Maybe?)

My favorite format, film. That last one is one of my prints from the darkroom, on Oriental warm tone paper. I just wish that Kodak still made paper. That was some seriously high quality paper.
Wet photo (darkroom) from digital photograph, hand tinted with colored pencil, acrylic paint and pastel chalk.
I agree with until they fall over lol. I have one that I keep trying to draw or take pictures of, but she thinks she gets to decide when and for how long she poses
