I kinda think Cleo would make a good start. Their models look pretty similar.

I really like the Scaris Ghoulia! Any clue if she's still being rooted in the cheaper-quality hair or is it saran, DollyKim? The dark blue looks a lot richer than my Dead Tired.

Scaris Ghoulia's hair feels like the same old stuff, I can't tell the difference any how. In general none of it is the greasy mess that first Cleo had. As for Claire I only have one Cleo and she's destined for burgundy hair, Claire's make-up would hide a lot sculpt wise. Perhaps I don't want to think I cut all of Draculaura's black off only to put it back on. ~groan~

If anyone is looking for a Jinafire they want to repaint LMK. My Scaris box came in http://dolfielittles.typepad.com/blog/2 ... sters.html and QC let one of the Jinafires go out with missing paint on the inside corner of her left eye.

This is so saying to reroot her with copper hair and repaint her getting in to the scales like I did with the baby dragon.

I'd love to see you repaint and reroot Jenafire! I just got mine today at the doll meet and I think she looks awesome!

Dragon Ladytron it is then, the copper does work on her. Regular Ladytron Robecca might go a brown that matches her or a dark green. And I'm tempted to use a short black-purple on a Draculaura for Claire, some Robecca trimmings would make her blue streak. My thumb doesn't want to hear about that.

Got the girls moved onto the top shelf finally! Now they have room to stretch out and grow. Having them so easily accessible has made my love of them return. They're just so much fun to pose.

My Wal-Mart finally stocked the Dance Class dolls! Howleen is so cute in person! Also finally saw a good Catrine, and now I love her! (I was on the fence after seeing the first one with horrible paint and hair issues)

Got to looking at the upcoming releases, and they're releasing Heath! 2-packs for the Classrooms line. Heath and Abbey are in Home Ick, and Ghoulia and Cleo are in the Mad Science lab. Few pics released yet, but so far Heath looks good, and I love the lab coats.

Great looking group, ShadowKat!

Look what followed me home today! :D

My Wally's had about 6 of them on the shelves so I couldn't resist. She was 21.97, but since I joined the Walmart online community website and I had 2 $10 e-gift certificates from doing surveys, I was able to basically get her 1.97. Woot! I have a name for her already: Mewsette.

Not loving her hair tho and I think I will be washing it out and see what happens.
Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD.

HELP!!!

I'm trying to rub off the factory makeup on a MH doll and it's just smudging and not coming off :x I've done it before with EXACTLY the same stuff but... it's just smudging everywhere >_< Have they changed the formula to be extra hard to lift off???

She's a mess!

Use tea tree oil and q-tips and the whole faceup will rub right off in 5 minutes. Then rinse with soap and water, and dry off.

I've used this method on THOUSANDS of heads (literally, not exaggerating---we make dolls on commission for a living) and it always works perfectly and with ease. Good luck!
