Yeah, it might be a good idea. She's clearly flaking on you if she continues to tell you one thing and never follows through. Sounds to me like she's just giving you lip service to keep you off her back.

Still nothing, she's set several dates on when my reroots would be done and has failed to do so on all of them. I may have to escalate this.

Since she keeps missing her dates to return them to you, have you told her to just send them back as-is (unrooted) and to cancel the commission? I know when she used to root heads for me and did this, I found out when I got the heads back, that the roots weren't done or even started yet at all.

If you want to see your heads again soon, you may just want to tell her to send them back to you unfinished and to refund your payment.

I got in contact with her today and was told that she'd be done this week. She's logged in here as well. I can only see if she's true to her word this time and we can put an end to this transaction once and for all. I'd really rather not file a claim, I just want my doll heads back. I also traded with her two dolls and accessories/clothes for the second head so if they are incomplete or not even started on I'd have to have her return those items as well.

Well Natasha said she was ready to ship on the 3rd, still no word if she has. I've gotten no contact since, let alone tracking number...

I would start pming or sending email on a constant basis demanding a number until she sends you one. Hell, at this point I'd be threatening to take legal action or start giving her negative feedback on every forum she haunts. Of course, after all this grief, she deserves negative feedback anyway just so nobody else gets suckered into commissioning her. She just strikes me as being a very untrustworthy person, after all this. :/
