Only 3 of my dolls are teens, everybody else is in their 20s or a semi immortal. Although my crew would love to be one of the bands performing for the night (if they're not raiding the buffet table).

My adults aren't responsible enough to be chaperones though, they joined me for the sake of skipping responsibilities back where they came from.

There could be a thread where bands audition, although I can't think how we'd be able to figure out what they sound like.

I figure it be something like whoever has a band can go play a few songs before the next one takes over. That way each band gets to raid the buffet table during downtime as well as party

Ivan knows plenty of dance moves. From the 800's. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA He'll definitely have to watch some videos. hehehe... that would be cute. Micah would be a total wallflower until Ina dragged him out to the dance floor. Ryan would spike the punch with Lee's help. Gabe and Zo would try to get jobs as wait staff to spy on Ivan. Abe and Jillian would definitely chaperone.

Maybe we should do a pre-event thread (I love the idea of a Masquerade...dumb question, but are masks actually required? ) where everyone prepares for it- you know, picks out clothes, finds dates, learns 21st century dance movies... XD Then, maybe around a certain date, the festivities can officially start. That way, we can really make this an experience (as far as proms, parties, or any event goes, getting ready for it is half the fun...isn't it?)

What is all this nonsense? This foolish yammering? Why are you all talking about this? WHY ISNT IT HAPPENING RIGHT NOW?!!! I also have a suggestion. Why don't we schedule a thread where all this would take place? Everyone uploads pics of their dollies having a good time, (ie drinking, snacking etc...) and those with Photoshop skills can allow their dolls to "meet" other dolls? My two JIDs definitely need friends, and Luna wouldn't mind a dance or five. It would also be a great opportunity to invent some interesting poses for dolls that would exhibit them having a blast. Great Idea! Magnifico!

I definitely think we should figure out some ways for our dolls to interact...I mean, everybody is so creative here, I bet there's all kinds of ways we could do it. I remember some photostories a while back where a couple of members had their dolls conversing. I loooove that idea so much.
And we do have to really make this happen somehow, don't we?

Hee, this sounds great! And funnily enough we just had our "second chance prom" this past week for one of my campus groups and it was a masquerade theme as well. Though Naomi doesn't have anything that would really pass as formal or even semi-formal. Ah well, the semester is finished in a couple weeks so I should be able to pull her out for photos anyway. ^_^
