I'm working on some slippers and I need a better (more easily used) glue then the PVA (white craft glue) that I've been trying.
This is to glue the fabric of the uppers to the bottom of the shoe, and also probably to glue the insoles in place and the sole on.
I need a glue that has a 5 second or so "change your mind" time, rather than one that needs to be held in place for minutes before holding.
It needs to bond to cardboard, fabric, leather.
It should be slightly flexible when dry.
It should not expand when drying.
any ideas?
Other than the epic glue failure, my first attempt is showing promise.
