Mei and Rong are both finally on the way, I finally sat down with my parents and ordered my dark grey Rong who I've been pining for ... forever! (My blue Mei and DJ body for Evie were ordered a month ago already!)

Also, my mom sent me a kimono that "she just kinda winged it" for Nia and it looks.... amazing! Plus she is even making a second one since she now knows the first one fits so all my MSD girls can have matching kimonos!

Also... while ordering Rong and a replacement double jointed body for my Ju, Nia, my mom and I decided that the resin would not match close enough since they changed the purple color... and my mom decided to buy Nia off me for the price of a new Ju with a double jointed body!

So I'm kinda 1/2 selling her, but only to my mom so it's not like she will go far from me. So I'll still have Nia, and my mom will now have her first doll, my current lilac Ju, who I guess she is going to be naming Angela. (But I'm totally being a baddie and not letting my mom have the cool butterfly eyes). >.>

I've finally found a D&D group to game with! It's a blast to be back at it after all these years, and I even managed to talk the hubby into playing. Oh D&D, I've missed you so...

Plus I think I've found The Perfect Sculpt for one of my boys! Too bad I'd have to sell a kidney to afford him. :/ But at least I know it exists now, so there's hope.

Rosiel's body is here!!

And I kind of almost have enough money in my paypal to get his head... well, I have enough to get either his head and eyes or his wig and some clothes, but not enough to get everything at the same time...
I have so many dolls that I can't fit all their names in my signature anymore. @__@

For Halloween, my sis and I dressed up as Rapunzel & Aurora (princess versions), respectively, and it was really fun!!!

We both didn't really expect to be recognized much, since I chose Aurora's purple gown version and she chose Rapunzel's princess gown and short brown hair, but ALL the little kids at the stores (We had our yearly Halloween fabric and materials shopping day---going to several WalMarts, the mall, Home Depot/Lowe's, JoAnn's and then finally out for dinner at Red Lobster.) knew my sister! It was great! Even from car windows, they'd scream out 'TANGLED!!!'

What was funny was that not one of them said 'Rapunzel.' Every time, it was 'Tangled.' :laughs: They were so cute!!!!

One mother came up to us and said that her little girl (about 4-5 yrs old) wanted to talk to us and meet us! (She thought we were really the princesses! I guess like at Disney World or something. :laughs: ) She was so sweet, but she didn't recognize me, as I asked 'Do you know who we are?' and she hesitated for me, but then looked at my sister and said 'Tangled!' (Tangled, again! :laughs: What happened to 'Rapunzel?!')

We were buying a digital camera, too, and the saleslady asked if she could take our photo to show her little girl that the Disney princesses came in and bought a camera from her! :laughs: It was so funny and really the first time so many little kids commented and knew us. (We usually dress up as anime characters.) So it was a new experience that way!

The one irritating thing was that our dresses had to be constantly held up with one hand, as we walked along, so we wouldn't trip since they were past floor length, AND I had to learn how to sit in a hoopskirt!!! :laughs: Our mother kept lamenting the fact that our trains were dragging in the aisles but I told her that it gave a good effect anyway and we'd wash the gowns, so don't worry about them. :D

But it was an awesome day, so much fun, talked to so many parents and children, and had endless shrimp to finish off the festivities! Yum!

Here are some photos of us in costume!

If I lived anywhere near you, I'd have gone with you as one of Aurora's Fairy Godmothers.

SetsunaKou: you and your sis look amazing!! Sleeping Beauty has always been my favorite Disney movie so...props to you for making an Aurora :D

An VV...if you ever decide to make that costume, that would be gloriously, gloriously epic!
