Only three more days of work and it'll be summer break for six weeks. Yay for being a teacher! ^^ My boyfriend and I didn't plan a vacation (we'll be going to a hobbit home in October though) because he wants to work all Summer long to pay for his studies and rent. I can't blame him. I really feel like getting away for a few days though, so I booked a little solo holiday for myself within our country: I'll be spending 5 days in a little wooden cabin at a camping site by a lake with a beach. I'll be leaving this Monday. It seems like the weather is going to be wonderful, which means something, cause Dutch Summers usually aren't that great. I can't wait!!!!

woo!! it took most of the afternoon, but I wrangled my comic into a 97 page pdf. I need to make a company logo and a series logo and then I'll be able to submit it to comixology!

Baby ducklings fell down a manhole in front of work this morning. They all were fished out and reunited with the mother. I was worried there for a minute because when they got the first two out she started to book it, but came back around when they got the last one out. The poor thing took about 30 minutes longer to get out than the others. It was a happy ending though, so that's what counts!

The felt Wiggles sold on Etsy! I wonder what adventures they'll be off to?

Went to the gun club today. After not shooting for 17 years, I could easily earn my sharpshooter badge again with a bolt action rifle. I also found out that a 20 gauge shotgun does not pack a mule kick. I did not do very well with the Dragonov, but the sights were chevrons, not a crosshair and I was aiming at a suspended pill bottle filled with tamarite (not sure if I spelled that correctly). I has so much fun at the gun club!

The boys were really good shots, too.

Screw the reviews. The Lone Ranger was a blast! (I already got the Disney Store dolls earmarked for Christmas.)

Movie reviews are usually subjective, so are Johnny Depp's performances. Did he make Tonto his own character or does he have a lot in common with other parts he's played?

I think he made Tonto his own character. It didn't feel like just some white guy trying to play a Native American. But hands down Silver the horse stole the show in my option. ;)
