I've been gone a lot again. Mostly sleeping. I can't be bothered to be awake people, I'm gestating!!! LOL We just got the paperwork started on a contract for a house too, so that's been taking up a lot of our time. That and Bones. When I'm too nauseous to walk in a straight line I watch Bones. I'm on season 7 now.

Bones is awesome! When you can get past the gruesome murder scenes in the beginning. But the humor and the characters make up for all that. lol

I stopped watching bones this last season. Bones just makes me angry because she's an anthropologist, but doesn't get why people have weddings or funerals... and the stupid part is, having gone thru anthropology undergrad, YOU TAKE CLASSES ABOUT THAT STUFF.

But the writers didn't, aside from writing what you know you have to know about what you write. Hollywood needs people who are basic Googlers simply to check if something is true enough. At least Star Trek writers would put "technobabble" and someone who's job it was filled in the spots.

oh, oh and her weird hatred of psychology... even tho psych 101 and probably a couple more social science classes WOULD BE PART OF THE GENERAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS in undergrad... grr... I mean, really, did none of the writers bother to look what would be part of a basic college degree? or did they decide her being a complete and utter bitch would be more interesting?

I quit watching over her character too. It seemed to me that the writers were trying to make her into a totally logical Mr. Spock character who lacked any empathy, compassion and manners, or that she had a touch of Asperger's Syndrome without saying it. It seems to me she would have had better social skills by this time. Characters should grow, not regress.
Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD.
