I just did maaaaajor splurge.

Dollmore is having a 30% off sale for clothes, so I went there to browse.

Instead, I ended up buying her.

I really, really shouldn't have because WHERE am I gonna PUT her, but she's just so haunting and gorgeous and I adore her clothes and those amazing eyes and really, she isn't THAT expensive when you consider she comes with everything and compare her to most Soom and Iplehouse fullsets (with dolls half her size) and ... where am I gonna PUT her?

(Plus, there were only 2 of her available. I had to decide fast. That's my excuse, I'm sticking with it.

Last weekend was a day spent in Lincoln. Car show, art fair, flea market. The husband and I bought a few things. He found an art deco scarab. Me? I went crazy. I found a doll for the dolls, an antique hand mirror -SD size! - some lovely jade green ceramic Oriental figurines, a bonnet for one of the SD girls...and a few other small things. I did pass on a really nice looking Ploaroid camera, though. I feel like kicking myself but I just do not know enough about old Polaroid cameras to know what condition it was in. It looked nice but working condition? I have no idea.

I will end up taking photos of the new pieces sooner or later. Lol That photo up top is one of two photos I took with my Instax (the Fuji version of instant cameras). That was one of the bands playing at the flea market, a nice little bluegrass group.

I walked around WAY too much last weekend. I paid for that all week, too.

The next purchase? I will get my daughter a new bike. She wants a cruiser, whatever that is. Lol.

I bought two more lovely spiders from Twisted Spiders at the fair yesterday. ^_^ I have five lovely beaded spiders now. XD

Went back to Dollmore over the weekend and bought an extra outfit, a pair of boots, an extra wig, and two more pairs of eyes for my incoming Lumie. Today I went to Etsy, spent two hours searching, and managed to find her an MSD-sized cloth doll to be her "haunted" friend. I think I'm done buying for her for awhile. Now to wait (very very impatiently) for Lumie and all her stuff to ship! ^^;

Pre-ordered the latest Bowie vinyl release: Earthling. However it was from a Swedish site, with v.little info. posted so I've no idea if it'll be the black LP arriving or the limited edition transparent green one...
