Dollieh temptations and plans

Pure Neemos have tempted me in the past, but I managed to resist... Until the PN Illya (Fate/Stay Night) popped up on eBay for a reasonable price. She should be shipped out this week! So excited! She's going to be getting a flection body (not sure if she comes on one or not 'cause she's a really early Neemo), and we'll probably be getting more of these little cuties in the future. I'm going to spoil her so bad on clothes, and she's getting nothing but sparkles and rainbows in any photo-stories (and gets to beat the crap out of Gil* if he shows up in the house).

(She's going to look so good next to Medicom's Saber... Who's been released for all of 6~7 days and we've already torn apart her Medi body and hybrid-ed her with an Obitsu... XD )

*Edit: I just wanted to point out that I was talking about a character from the Fate franchise named Gilgamesh, who is very mean to Illya in canon. I probably should have used his full name instead of his nickname, because Hubby pointed out to me that there are people on here who probably have dolls named Gil. Sorry for any confusion or if I made anybody think that I have a vendetta against your dolliehs!

I had thought that I would never find a neemo I liked until I saw my friend's Illya dressed in a white cat costume sitting my my Parabox dark neko. She would be the one I get if I was ever gonna buy a neemo back then. And then forest cat Aika came along with the G3 body and settle stuff for me.


I hybrided my Medicom Chun Li to a spare Obitsu body a while back. She still had trouble stepping out of Obi-Chun's shadow to distiguish herself and went back to being a Medicom to maintain my rule of four.

I kinda like the way this new Parabox guy looks though and sort of wanted to get it as a female character and reshell Yuri into it.

I thought I was done getting Obitsu's after Kazumi (my hybrid) but seeing that Miroku..It's the perfect sculpt for what I wanna do with it too. XD I'mma wait til after Christmas to get it...I wanna enjoy my Yo-SD and probably will forget about that guy. >w>;; Sides I wanna try to get the guy I wanna get it as an SD..Possibly the ONLY SD I will ever own. But I am planning to get some new wigs for some of my crew after the holidays. Rivvy needs a new one, Avalon possibly needs a new one..Unless I can get his ponytail wig to work.

Never thought I get a broad chested 70cm chunk of manly resin. But apprently I'm now saving up to upsize his wife.... Now I know why she didn't want me to bring in her family(whether husband or kids). Should had listen to her.

So, so true! My first MSD is just arrived and I'm already on the brink of ordering another one ^_^' I want a Withdoll Juwel with half opened eye in grey skin and unfortunately, even if the sculpt is now offered as a basic, they offer special skin tones only during events -_- so I'll probably place an order before their Xmas event will end... and that will make me get another MSD or two, because the grey Juwel is not intended to be Dahlia's partner but to have his love interest in the character currently shelled as Faye, my 27 cm Obitsu Fairy, and that I want to upgrade as a Fantasy Doll Yolanda.
And Dahlia wants to have a butler...and I compulsively think about a Doll Chateau Douglas dressed in pinstripe suit XD

That will be surely appropriate, even if I don't really enjoy Kuroshitsuji, but my best friend's hubby is named Sebastian and I don't find at ease naming a doll with his same name XD I was thinking about Howard as a tribute to H. P. Lovecraft or Victor, thinking about Tim Burton's Corpse Bride...

Man... my PLAN has been Estee for a long time-- bringing a character I really care about (and eventually her family) to resin 'life'. Not to mention she'd be my first (resin, human) lady and first SD. (Of course, stuff like rent and groceries and vet trips and having to replace old pairs of pants and travel/holidays has just been keeping that from happening for a long time)

But TEMPTATIONS...

Well, the Hujoos were the ones I gave into, because I couldn't resist the KITTIES from Junky Spot. And individually, of course, they're all so inexpensive. (but then when you wind up with FIVE of them...)

For the ones I haven't given into...

I'm TEMPTED by Batchix' dolls so mightily. Especially since my brother got the mini Machina and I saw her in person. Because I love robots and I went from 'I gotta get a robot boy to be (X character)' to 'I gotta get a tiny robot girl to be (still X character actually)'.

And I'm really, REALLY tempted to get myself a doll to transform into (my personal vision of) Cecil from Welcome to Night Vale. Except then I'd NEED to buy him a Carlos... and I'd want to go to Iple for them and go more realistic (plus the range of tans/browns)... and then we're talking more money than I can spend and I still haven't actually gotten anywhere with Estee because every time I save up a chunk of cash of course something more important comes along...

(and then of course I always want to buy things for the dolls I already have. Gonna use up my fabric stash before I go buying any more clothes for my boys! Well, we'll see how long that promise lasts...)
