Dollieh temptations and plans

I thought I was done getting Obitsu's after Kazumi (my hybrid) but seeing that Miroku..It's the perfect sculpt for what I wanna do with it too. XD I'mma wait til after Christmas to get it...I wanna enjoy my Yo-SD and probably will forget about that guy. >w>;; Sides I wanna try to get the guy I wanna get it as an SD..Possibly the ONLY SD I will ever own. But I am planning to get some new wigs for some of my crew after the holidays. Rivvy needs a new one, Avalon possibly needs a new one..Unless I can get his ponytail wig to work.

I just got one of the DZ Brant bodies (I'll be putting a different head on it). I love the pose-ability on all the limbs. The torso needs help to be able to slouch realistically, but overall... that is one nice chunk of man-resin. Heavy guy though. Without a head, I would say he's at least as heavy as my 74cm Angelsdoll.

It scares me somewhat whenever Soom comes up with doll concepts that threads dangerously close to my OC and Collab with friends' fanfic characters

First it was their Puss-in-boots for what I want to do with Jack and this guy is close to what I want to do with my 1/6 werewolf ranger. It makes me wonder if Soom in rummaging through my brain or that I should get started on Jack's warrior/ranger outfit to counter the temptation of Soom.

So very very tempted by the Mystic Kids event going on at the JunkySpot right now. I really like their sculpts. xD But I've spent more than enough money on dolliehs this year already. ><

I hope nobody minds me coming out of the depths of lurking to talk about my dollieh plans. The other day, I got some cards in the mail along with birthday and Christmas money, so you know know what that means.... =D

First to get checked off my dollieh wishlist is Resinsoul's new dragon boy, Sui, in coffee/light tan, but I want to wait for owner pics first. I wonder when we'll start seeing them? Did any of you order him?

The rest of my dollieh wishlist is
1. Bobobie pixie head on Resinsoul Yao body
2. Obitsu 50cm body
3. Angelsdoll Michael and Baku (because I like both sculpts)

But I can't wait for owner pics of Sui!

I would love a dollti tinman now that their back under a new company name but please see doll above will most likely steal its money poor tinman "grabby hands" [sigh]

I might also snag a 2nd ai doll so my new one has a friend.

My doll plans keep changing a lot, recently. At first, when Luts released their Satyresse Yul, I really wanted her because she has a beautiful face and those adorable droopy elf ears...but then Soom decided to release Wolf the Knight, and he's just too hot to pass up^^" But now, Soom also posted a teaser image of what looks like an MSD Centaur boy on their Facebook/Instagram... I kinda hope I won't like his face when they release him, because I definitely can't justify buying him AND Wolf, so I will have to choose. And I really love Soom's CentaursT_T

I'm still kind of sad I didn't order Yul, but I hope that maybe someday I'll be able to get her second hand or something (maybe via the DoA Marketplace, if they ever open up registrations without invites again-.-). Still, I feel I made the right choice, because Wolf is just a lot more tempting right now^^

Also, I'm still contemplating ordering Tiny Belle from the current Lati release. She's just soooo cute and tiny:)

Edit: Alright, now that I've seen the Soom Little Gem Centaurs, I'm really torn. I want Wolf, but I also really want one of these centaursT_T I already own two Shales from the original release (one OE and one Romantic version), so the centaur would be my third Shale, but since the centaur is available with an OE head + horn + elf ears, he would still be different from my other two Shales (the original OE version didn't have the horn and elf ears)...yeah, I'm totally trying to talk myself out of buying himXD

^ I'm having a hard time talking myself out of that centaur too. They are so lovely. I've forced myself to stop looking at them though. I just can't bring myself to buy one.


As I said in "what did you get for Christmas thread", I'm getting a Rose Littlefee fullset. She is just way too cute. I also like Mio but I can wait. Then there are all the pukipukis my heart is breaking for. Pukisha, Sugar and Cupid. My eyes are bigger than my wallet.


I'm also hope there will be a LUTS Honeytaur or a Tinytaur with black resin option. That would be so amazing. I love the little ones. There is a 90% chance I'll buy one if they ever come out so I am holding on to the rest of my dollieh funds until then.

Lastly, I found a j-doll at Tuesday Morning with broken hands. I can see them in the box. I think I can just pull her arms out and replace them with obitsu ones. But she will have to wait for a bit longer. Those dolls are so pretty. I think she's going to be a lot of fun.

Uugh...I need to stop looking at the tiny sections...I want an Ai doll really bad now...I'm not gonna give..If I still want one by the time my birthday rolls around I'll get one..We have a Tuesday Morning here and I can look.

Longish rant oncoming.

I have been wanting Doll Chateau girl as long as I have known about them. And I have plans to buy one on this year - as soo as I can save up some money.

And now DC has released the spring event fox-creature doll - to have one, one must buy 550$ or more from DC. The foxy would be perfect companion for the DC girl, but I have no spare money, and the event is only few months (I have no chances to get the money on that time!).

I don't remember wanting anything material this much ever. =.=
