Sadness right now. My best friend was supposed to come an visit tomorrow. I haven't seen her an ages, and now she just had to cancel. And my boyfriend goes home tomorrow. Tomorrow is going to be an let's-eat-a-crap-ton-of-ice-cream kinda day.

An Oz Wicked Witch doll would be a better start for a She Hulk being she's already green. You can build up a muscular form on a Barbie doll if you know your anatomy. All she really has different from us is longer shins like Greek statues.

Any major changes to the form of a doll would require redesigning the joints from the ground up. Then you get in to hips that can't sit and elbows and knees lucky to do 90 degrees. You'd probably have to add swivels to get the range you want. I have a copy of Pop Sculpture which shows how to make a jointed muscular figure.

i dunno, i think it would have to be internet/ youtube/ podcasts killed the radio at this point. since you can listen to a fair amount of stations online.

One of the outfits I spent a good two days making just got cut from the musical I'm draping for. :/

I also may be trying to murder myself.... As of next month, I am working on a dance concert as a costume consultant, a musical as the designer, an opera as the assistant designer, draper, and stitcher, and a straight play as a draper.
I know it's a matter of me agreeing to do too many things, but the money is really good and I need it if I don't get a summer stock job...

i dunno, i think it would have to be internet/ youtube/ podcasts killed the radio at this point. since you can listen to a fair amount of stations online.

In the song they're talking about the actors on the old radio shows/dramas. When the age of TV came around some radio actors didn't transition well. They were used to having the script in hand.
It is true that the internet has taken over the television (streaming), YouTube over the television shows (people can make their own shows), and podcast...well talk radio on the go. One of the big reasons radio, if mostly for music, is still around is because of cars.

I gotta rant, I'm sorry..

The last month, my family went back to our home country for a holiday. I have a partner who is staying there and we have been together way before I left. We've been apart for almost 3 years.

The holiday was like a dream, which should be in the Rejoice thread -_- but there's always a but..

I miss my partner.. It was harder to leave the country this time compared to the first time.. There was a week where his mom let me stay at their house to save on expenses. This gave us the experience of living together that we want to start soon.

But, of course my parents aren't exactly the ones supporting our relationship. But they're not forcing us apart either. But still, it's hard enough being apart they make it even harder by being negative and everything.

I've got no one to rant to here. No one in my family will understand and I've got no friends either. I just needed to get it out. Hopefully from here things start to look up, not just for me as well.
