My first BJD <3 Mirodoll Wind

Postby sailormoon22491 » Thu Apr 24, 2014 7:05 pm

So I tried my hand at sculpting my own bjd, I put a lot of effort and time into the body and the head and while it was coming along great (by my standards for a first try at least) I realized I just did not have the time I really needed to work on my own doll. (maybe when I graduate in a month ill have more time?) But anyways, I was browsing the forums, some google searches, and some facebook groups and found the company Mirodoll. To my luck, they were having a sale so I bit the bullet and I purchased a Mirodoll Wind with a beautiful face up. ~~Pictures of unboxing as soon as I upload them from my phone~~
The doll is beautiful and I couldnt be any more happier with my purchase =^.^=
Im actually so happy with my purchase that Im ready to make another purchase >.<

Congratulations! I'm a happy owner of two Mirodolls, including a Wind, and they definitely are a lovely sculpt with a reasonable price.
(Also, shh, don't tell anyone, but I think Mirodoll has had a perpetual sale going on for over a year now.) :)

Sorry Ive been a little MIA for a bit. My wind is wonderful!! I am a huge fan of her as my first. she is beautiful, and I got the company face up which is just lovely. I have a few pictures on Facebook so Ill pull them onto here for you. I cant sew so I dont have very exciting outfits (best i have is a cute Christmas dress that was actually a wine bottle dress that i modified lol)

Also if you get a wind, thier is a wonderful (and active) Facebook group for mirodoll dolls. The group is great for inspiration as everyone posts pictures of thier dolls and their great at asking questions. I had freaked out when I went to tighten her strings for the first time and the string got loose and she fell apart. I had no clue what to do to get her back together. I posted in the group and they were quick to help answer questions and link me to great videos!

Not sure if ull be able to see the image because it was posted in a closed facebook group, but i pulled the link to the individual image so maybe? if not let me know and ill post directly.
