Cleaning and caring for jewelry questions

Should I clean this bracelet? And if so is there a way so a resin doll could wear it?

The deep crevasses are practically black, some of the higher parts have a slight coppery color, other examples say it's silver and look much cleaner. I know there should be some patina, it just feels "dirty" from being warn a lot.

Yes, you can clean it - ammonia works really well. Do not use silver polish or magic eraser. It is probably silver plated copper. Once it is clean, give it a couple of coats of MSC. It should be fine on a doll. I have actually used silver jewelry on mine, and while occasional cleaning on the doll is needed, it comes right off.
