Why? Maybe I'm just a little bit leery that your very first post is just about a questionnaire to be filled out. Are you a company rep or something? I mean, I don't mind so much if you are, but I just like to know why I'm filling something out. I'm not going to do it unless I know why you're collecting the information. Asking for age, job, and city/country is a little weird for me unless I know why you're asking. Sorry if I come across like a jerk.

I do have to agree with the previous posters. You have to understand that we don't know who you are. One of the reasons we gather here at DS is because of the community feel. As a new member you should start off getting to know us and let us learn about you. Asking us to fill out a "questionaire" first thing can make people wary - and leery. I won't even click on the link to your questionaire because I don't know you and have no idea where your link will send me.
