Interesting thing about Google, apparently being on hold for up to six hours is a common thing... On Twitter, I saw a person who was on hold with Google for six hours, and then her call was just dropped... and this was the second time she'd been on hold...

So... wtf is going on with Google and it's phone customer service, seriously? Is it not actually in existence and people just aren't aware...?
